Refund Policy

Nexus REO offers a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase for REO Package 1, REO Package 2, and REO Package 3.

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days and provide your name, purchase email, and order number.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.

After 7 days, purchases are final. Duplicate or incorrect charges will always be reviewed and corrected.
